Should rankk.org be loading over https?

My browser doesn't seem to trust rankk.org. Is something up? Is this just me or is it doing this for everybody? Here's what I see:

Can I assume that we're using the lowercase hex digest (rather than the binary data) from all the hash functions? As in, we're hashing the lowercase hex digest from the "previous layer" of the hashing-onion?
