Recently, I've noticed that I've only really tried to solve challenges on Rankk.org to reach level 9, rather than having fun and learning something as I solve the challenges.
I'm looking for your suggestions for challenges that you thought were pleasing and had a satisfying "aha" moment when you finally figured out what to do—challenges where coming up with the solution was clever/difficult while the execution was easy... unlike the challenges where the solution was immediately apparent, but it was the execution where you needed to be clever.
As an example, 1/41 "Bye intruder". In this one, it isn't super obvious what one should do. But, once one figures out the "secret", they're only a few clicks away from the relieving "you passed" message.
Although I haven't solved it yet, I'm guessing that 5/16 will be a challenge that follows this theme. It's a bit cryptic in the instructions and that's what I'm looking for. And, same goes with 2/70, 4/22, 2/61, and 3/60.
As a counter-example: any of 2/65, 3/18, 4/6, 6/9, or 7/1. Trust me, none of these are "bad" challenges. They just state the instructions right on the page, and figuring out how to follow those instructions that's hard—that's not a bad thing, it's that that's not what I'm looking for today.
Now, none of you know me personally and the exact sorts of challenges I like. But, thanks for the help anyways. Hopefully there are recommendations out there.
Something witty here.
