It was a polite first post, but the second and third were not so polite, and began to attack the people here.
Also, in his other thread which he had going at the same time, he was in direct violation of the rules, publicly discussing challenge solutions (and actually flat out giving away answers).
I realize that a lack of response can be frustrating, but that's not an excuse for breaking the rules. I'm pretty sure this site is just a hobby for Sphinx, something that he supports out of his own free time and out of his own pocket, rather than a business. So if he can't respond immediately to every PM he gets, that's really not something to get pissed about, as if he somehow owes it you to respond within some arbitrary time period (or at all really). I understand that it would be nice if we could expect that, but again, this is a free site that Sphinx runs as a hobby, and the site admins don't owe the users anything (even though, in my experience, they certainly do try).
As for lack of response by community members, I think that's because no one wants to be in violation of the rules about discussing challenge solutions. It might be okay to solicit a yay/nay response as to whether the challenge is working properly or whether you're totally off base or not on particular challenges from people who have already solved them, but he failed to mention the specific challenges he was interested in, so no such person would know to respond.
In short, rather than transitioning from polite to rude-and-breaking-rules, it would have been nice if he instead tried to think for a moment about why people weren't answering, and what he might change/improve to get a more favorable response, rather than blaming others and attacking the very people he wanted help from.
