  It turned out that after SSL was enabled for login, I'm unable to access all "dynamic" coding challanges seen in level 5+ the way I did before. As it seems, I need to rewrite my code :(

  It's pity, because  I was planning to solve 5/27 :)

  OK, this just makes the challenge more interesting.

  Thanks for this feedback.

  I didn't know the SSL would affect the dynamic challenges, because I thought it only affected the login part and once logged in, everything works as before on the normal http.

  So, have you gotten it to work?

  Not yet. But I haven't implemented the secure login within my code yet. Now the cookies are valid for the session only and, I don't know, may be they are different for each calling process, so I can't just login from within the browser and execute my code relying on the fact that I'm already logged in (it worked before). I use plain C and Wininet.

  For what it's worth, the old login system still seems to be available on the server, so your old code should continue to work. The SSL login should be purely optional in my opinion.

  Yes, I would also prefer a possible checkbox for SSL, rather than making it a requirement. Besides, some people at AoPS are getting confused at the browser warnings they get with the SSL login; particularly Firefox's message sounds like "your data is being stolen!!!1111!1!" to a non-expert.
