sorry for the tone, but i am really f***ing angry now...
i need to automatically submit POST data to a website from a java bot (not only for rankk). while this should be a very standard thing to do, i cannot find a good java library for this. one library ( http://www.devx.com/java/Article/17679/0/page/3 ) seems to be rather poorly documented (at least i am not able to understand it), and another one, called HttpClient ( http://www.innovation.ch/java/HTTPClient/ ) does not compile on my eclipse due to some errors - which seem to be related to a type called Enumeration (i have no damn idea what the errors mean, but i can post them if you think it's of any use). this HttpClient is actually an old version of the known Jakarta HttpClient ( http://hc.apache.org/httpclient-3.x/ ) which even occured in the "java-insel" ( http://www.galileocomputing.de/openbook/javainsel5/ ; the most famous german java tutorial, though god knows how people actually learn anything from it) with a whole chapter devoted to it - so i figured it is a known enough program not to contain idiot bugs. so i tried to download the newest build... but the download page is broken... cool, isn't it?
hence i'd like to ask, does anyone have a functioning version of this java client to send to me? just mail to rskraeling [the-usual-sign] gmail.com . i hope it is not considered part of the riddles to write the library for oneself. if someone knows a better library (or a good doc to the first one i mentioned), i'd be delighted too.
thanks!!

would you prefer the pain and suffering we had?
would you prefer to be in peril, even dead?
would you prefer to live the life we've learned to dread?
would you prefer to live a mortal life instead?...
