Count me in too...
I succeeded the first part of this challenge quite easily but the second part is quite a mess :-/
I hate those challenges where there are several step... you solve one and are happy thinking you solved the challenge, but unfortunately another step comes in.

  I'm with you on the last part, especially when the first part is itself a hard nut to crack.
  At the beginning, we thought we would do only 45 challenges - because there are 45 cells. But we had more than 45 ideas so the extras were morphed into some of the challenges. For 7/1, this really isn't the case but for some of the challenges, you get two parts because of this reason.
  In fact, at least two of the lower-level challenges which had two parts had one of the parts taken out and made into another challenge.

  I have checked with quangntenemy the idea I told you. I'll modify it based on the feedback I got from him.
  But I'm now cooking a level 3 or 4 challenge. When that's done, I'll tackle 7/1 ;)

No, there's no bias there. If the person comes from Ukraine, then he gets Russia for the first part :)

well........ having solved the first part I started to tackle the second part but didn't find anything in time....... now i'm back at the damn first part again, the situtation having changed.......
