  Added a new feature to profiles. This feature allows you to persistently show or hide solved challenges.

  Particularly for those who have solved a lot of challenges, this feature may be helpful to reduce clutter on the index page.

  The default is "show".

  The CSS is changed as a result, so you'll need to refresh the page or press Ctr+F5.

  If you discover any bugs in the listing, please let us know through the PM.

  Thanks to yai2k3 who suggested this quite some time back.

  this is overlapping with the "members online today" if u have many solved challenges in level 3 4

  I do not think the quick links are neccessary, the hide option can be changed very quickly, after all. Personally, I find them rather space consuming. Maybe there could be a third option ("show", "hide", and "really hide" ;-))?

  Another matter I found out about while changing the hide option in my profile: There does not seem to exist the possibility of choosing not to choose a country, or am I missing this?

    I thought the quick links would be helpful to allow for quick references to the solved and hidden challenges...

    As for the country, it was something I thought about yesterday. Will add an option "no-man's land" :P

    Added a new option -None-, so no country will be shown.
