Throughout history, wars repeat themselves in various times and places. From these wars, legends of heroes are handed down from generation to generation. Weathered by rumors and the passing of time, the truth may be forgotten, the reality buried under....legends.
Many years ago, a war seethed and erupted within the land of Egypt. It lasted for 100 years, finally ending when both sides laid down their arms. However, the war had exhausted the people's strength and the kingdom's resources, and the situation within Egypt gradually became worse.
The Lords of three ruling families united to guide Egypt back to prosperity. However, their delicate balance of power soon collapsed.
Two years after the 100-year war had ended, Egypt's Princess Elsie was abducted. Prompted by this, conflict grew between the two families - Ra (ruled by Lord Sphinx, whose crest was one of a lion's body and a head of a man) and Horus (ruled by Lord Genius, whose crest was one of a white lion). The war between the two families would be known later as "The Last Lateral".
Added to the backdrop of "The Last Lateral" was the succession to Egypt's throne due to the sudden death of the King. Lord Sphinx is the elder brother of the Queen. Lord Genius is the younger cousin of the dead King.
According to the historical record, a young hero, the Lord of the third ruling family, named Silverknight, suppressed "The Last Lateral" war soon after it engulfed Egypt. However, there was another young knight who played a role during this war, though you will never see the knight's name in any history books. Now, the true story can be told.
